An alien construct occurs when one of the outer planets is near the Sun, the Moon or the ascendant in the birth chart. Outer planets include Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. When an outer planet conjoins the Sun, it is called a Power Alien Construct and the distance apart should be no more than seven degrees. When an outer planet conjoins the Moon, it is called a Vessel Alien Construct and the distance apart should be no more than five degrees. When an outer planet conjoins the Ascendant, it is called an Instrument Alien Construct and the distance apart should be no more than four degrees. 

When a soul chooses a birth date and time that includes an alien construct, he (or she) is allowing himself to be a conduit for that planet's character. As a rule, the outer planets do not tend to rule personal phenomena within an individual's life. For instance, Saturn rules time, gravity, lead, law and government; Uranus rules atmosphere, electricity, inventions, innovations, and politics; Neptune rules the collective unconscious, the astral plane, clouds, the ocean, institutions, and film; and Pluto rules the occult, the destruction of everything not built upon truth, transformation, taxes, birth, death, and sex.

It takes a very strong soul to embody the power contained in an outer planet and it is therefore presumed that most of the individuals within the alien categories are volunteer souls from other star systems who are here to help humanity make the leap from third dimensional reality into the upcoming fifth dimensional reality. Many people are already in fourth dimensional reality in that they are empathetic or psychic or can telepath.

Uranian Vessel Alien Construct: channel for high frequency beings, global receipt and transmission of messages from the Divine, invention, innovation, wake up the sleeping masses.

Uranian Instrument Alien Construct: political leadership, invention, innovation, raise energetic frequencies, awaken the inner child in another that has been repressed.

Neptunian Power Alien Construct: creation of world peace through visualization, create music and/or art that generate unconditional love, telepathy, talk to the dead, astral plane access, access other dimensions, assist the dying in crossing over, prophesy

Neptunian Vessel Alien Construct: mind and/or aura reading, psychic abilities, empath, communication with marine life, clairvoyance, assist the dying in crossing over

Neptunian Instrument Alien Construct: reflection of the inherent god and goddess within each human being, disconnect negative cords from chakras of others, assist the dying in crossing over, inspire movie makers, musicians and artists (a muse).

Plutonian Power Alien Construct: understand the true nature of birth, sex, death and power, generate energy and power, integrate polarities, identify enemies, psychic surgery, see beneath solid surfaces, clear or destroy negativity

Plutonian Vessel Alien Construct: sense negativity, reflect power back to others so that they can own it. Plutonian Instrument Alien Construct: causes others to see what is occurring on deeper levels.
